Emotional self-care can be defined as caring for our emotional needs by identifying what it is your feeling and then moving forward in a way that will honor yourself and your emotions.

Examples of Emotional Self-Care

Setting boundaries with others without guilt or shame; not allowing people to use you or monopolize your time

Being in tune with your feelings and being able to identify triggering situations

Spend time creating and cultivating a belief system for yourself that brings you happiness, peace, and joy
