Phase One- Heal
“SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO GO BACK IN ORDER TO MOVE FORWARD”

In this phase, we focus on uncovering and understanding the experiences and wounds that have shaped your identity and how you respond to life today.
We gently explore how trauma shows up in your body, emotions, and relationships — not to relive the past, but to understand how your nervous system learned to protect you.
In this phase, you will:
• Identify emotional, physical, and relational patterns through a pain-mapping exercise
• Understand your triggers and automatic emotional responses
• Explore the core beliefs formed through past experiences
• Create awareness of impulsive or reactive patterns that disrupt your relationships
This phase builds a safe foundation rooted in understanding, compassion, and clarity, so healing can happen without overwhelm or shame.

Phase Two- Shift
“WE HAVE TO SAY NO, AND MEAN IT; WE ARE WORTHY OF SETTING BOUNDARIES. BOUNDARIES KEEP US SAFE.”
In this phase, we move out of survival patterns and into conscious choice.
With greater awareness, you’ll begin transforming how you show up mentally, emotionally, and relationally. This is where insight becomes action.
In this phase, you will:
• Identify and release limiting core beliefs that no longer serve you
• Create new, supportive beliefs aligned with your current reality
• Recognize situations that pull you back into old coping patterns
• Explore what life could look like free from old triggers
• Begin practicing boundaries and self-honoring responses
This phase helps you move from reacting automatically to responding intentionally, building the foundation for lasting change.

Phase Three- Elevate
“WHO IS THE REAL YOU”
In this final phase, we focus on embodiment, integration, and self-leadership. Healing isn’t just understanding your patterns — it’s living differently. This phase supports you in practicing nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and authenticity in real life.
In this phase, you will:
• Practice nervous system regulation tools together
• Learn to notice activation earlier and respond with care
• Build confidence in your ability to support yourself
• Integrate new patterns into daily life and relationships
• Define who you are beyond past experiences and childhood wounds
This phase helps you step fully into clarity, compassion, and confidence, so you can show up authentically as the person you were meant to be.

As an Associate Clinical Social Worker and Life Coach with over 23 years of experience, I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life. One thing I’ve noticed across all backgrounds is a lack of understanding about how trauma shapes our responses and patterns.

Six 60 MINUTE one on one coaching sessions with me (That can be used within a 12-week period)
