It is your time!

You want a happier life starting now. Period.

It is time for you to reflect on what's working, and what is not working in your life and WHY. The big question we all want to know is WHY. Why aren’t things going how we want them to go? Why are people hurting us? Why are we allowing people to misuse us, and how can we get to a place where we are no longer in pain and emotional turmoil? How can we get to a place of using all the pain we have been through as a light to help us heal? 

This 4 week workshop will give you a road map of how to heal in 2023. Healing is different for all of us! That’s why I am helping you with a SPECIFIC plan that tailors where you are and what you need to heal!

This course will start Tuesday April 25th  and end Tuesday May 16th.  We will meet each week from 4:30pm-6pm PST/ 7:30pm-9pm EST each week. There will be a group discussion available to you throughout the time of the course to help you connect and share with other members. You will receive replays every week of what we discussed.


A vision requires us to feel and see with our heart, and not with our eyes. Our vision to heal and become the people we desire to be starts with  clarity and  self-examination.

 I will help you develop your vision.

When creating your vision, the place to begin is to look at what you want in life. The vision you have for your life is a tool of empowerment. It will help you gain focus and clarity. It will help you see and feel what is possible for you and give you the confidence to make consistent actions towards the vision you have for your life.

In this course I will guide you through the process of figuring out what elements should be included in your vision. You will be given a PDF after enrolling in this course to help you map out your vision and be ready to discuss it during day 1.


We will work on accountability and acknowledging your feelings?

To heal we need to be clear on what happened to us in the past, how we feel about it, and what pain is still lurking in our hearts as a result.

In week 2  I will help you acknowledge your past pain and hold yourself accountable about how you show up in your present life.

For example: Are you still allowing friends and family to verbally or emotionally abuse you? Do you speak up for your needs in your relationships? How do you show up in your relationships? Do you assume people should know how to treat you, or do you give grace to others and accept their flaws?

Your inner self will continue to hold you back from truly stepping into your future if you don't acknowledge your pain! 

In week 2 we will do exercises together to acknowledge our wounds, and I will give you clear instructions during the course on how to overcome them. You will be given a PDF and a meditation to help you walk through your feelings and current needs in all of your relationships. From there, you will create a list of needs that we will put together with the vision you created for yourself in Day 1.


In week 3 we will combine what we have learned about vision, clarity, acknowledgement, and accountability, while creating a strategy to practice self-compassion and commitment.

We will learn how self-compassion can help propel us to levels of healing we thought we could never develop for ourselves. Self-compassion helps us understand that we are not alone in the World, and the lies we were told about "being perfect" or " not making mistakes" are no longer serving us. 

We will discuss ways we can be committed to our journey, and I will help you understand why it is needed, and how you can continue to be committed even in the mist of pain or challenging times.

Week 4: Wrap Up and Group Discussion:

In week 4 We will take the last week to have an open share and go over key points learned from our weeks together
